General Information

Dr. Janice Chou has been practicing dentistry in Orange County since 1997. She obtained her B.S. degree in Biology from UCLA, then went on to earn her D.D.S. degree from New York University School of Dentistry.  After practicing as a general dentist for five years, she attended USC for Advanced Endondontic Residency Training.  Today, she maintains a practice limited to Endodontics in beautiful Newport Beach, California.

Dr. Chou is a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), the California State Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry.  Dr. Chou is also actively involved with the local dental society. She formerly served as Chair for the Continuing Education Program Committee, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Dental Society.

Currently Dr. Chou is an instructor for the Dental Microscopic course with the Newport Coast Oral Facial Institute, a non-profit international teaching and research institute. She previously taught as a clinical instructor at the USC Endodontic Department. She also assists teaching Endodontic hands-on courses at the CDA annual convention.

Outside her professional organizations, Dr. Chou finds it important to support charities such as the National Children's Oral Health Foundation, the CDA Foundation, and the AAE Foundation.

Sylvia is the Office Manager, and the person who greets you with a smile when you first come in our office. She has more than 30 years of experience in the dental field, taking care of financial and treatment plans.

Her caring and warm personality always put the patients at ease and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about endodontic procedures and very competent in answering questions and concerns.

She is very family-oriented and spends her weekends at home with her husband and children. She is a wonderful grandmother and tries to spend time with her grand children as much as she can.

Susan obtained her certification as a Dental Assistant from AB-Tech College in Asheville, North Carolina. While assisting chair-side, she enjoys interacting with patients in order to provide an atmosphere of warmth and comfort.

Susan skillfully manages our advanced software system to assist with microscopic surgical and non-surgical root canal therapy. Her passion for dental care and personable style of practice are important components in helping our patients have a pleasurable experience. We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful member of our team.

Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, reading books, and loves the out doors.

Natasha received her Dental Assisting certificate from Orange Coast College in 2007. Since then, she has always worked in Endodontics. 

Her gentle attitude and bright smile will make patients feel at ease and comfortable. She will do her best to give them a pleasant experience and  have them leave the office with a more positive view of endodontic treatments.

On her free time, she likes to go out with friends and family. She enjoys watching movies, going shopping or just eating out. 

Nadine is our newest member to our staff.  She received her education from Orange Coast College. She enjoys interacting with our patients and making them feel at ease.

Nadine was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up in her grandfather's dental office has enforced her passion for dentistry and helping the less fortunate in several third world countries by volunteering through her grandfather's non profit organization, Ayuda.

In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, walking her dogs Lucy and Charlie, and especially loves watching football on Sundays.
